Our friends Illogical Contraption died. So we've come back to give them a more heart-felt that it may seem send off. It's always sad when a podcat bro calls it quits but IllCon will be forever in our hearts. We do a Good, the Bad and the Ugly of IllCon ... 's final episode.

Frisbie is still out on vacation, so Parker is joined by Party Dad Shelby Cobras from Illogical Contraption Radio. We foreshadow an upcoming segment by describing the entire thing and ruining it and then trash talk shitty beers.

We get some emails that prompt us to talk about ghoulin' it up in the summer. And we discuss some of the ghoulier music in the world. We also talk a little trash about HP Lovecraft and how indescribable he is.

In the Lightning Round, there's a really sexy felon on the internet, Britain goes gar gar for Voodoo sex cults, there's an indescribable horror so terrifying we can't tell you about it (but it happened in Parker's hometown) and, of course, Dentist Chat.

Podcat Bros: Episode One

CAUTION: NOT A NORMAL SHOW.

Good news and bad news: The good news is that Halloween gets to last a week longer this year! The bad news is the reason for that being we're pushing our Are You Afraid of the Dark season 2 show back a week. If you were itchin' for it, sorry. You'll have it next week and you'll be able to feel nostalgic for Halloween '93 AND '13 at the same time.

The other good news is that we have an intense makeshift podcast this week. Parker and Frisbie actually met up in real life in Los Angeles (the city of Flea) and recorded a show. And, wouldn't you know it! Mark (co-founder of Junk Food Dinner and Kissing Contest) showed up, too! And it didn't end there because Cory and Shelby from Illogical Contraption showed up, too!! Sean from JFD was supposed to be there, but he was out doing LA stuff (surfing, signing contracts).

We didn't structure this, or use real mics or edit it at all. So the audio quality isn't great and there may be long stretches where we order food. But we discuss the beginnings of both JFD and Pool Party, movies, oki dogs, ghosts, British stuff, irony and so much more. And thanks to Cory for being a professional and taking the lead!

It’s a regular Bar Mitzvah as our Frisbabe finally becomes a Frisman by finishing the SawFan666 Saw Movie Challenge! What a mensch! And who better to help celebrate this manly achievement than our friend from Illogical Contraption Radio, Shelby Cobras- The manliest man in SF.

We get a letter from SawFan666 congratulating Frisbie on his completion of the Saw film series and his new manhood. We also discuss the appropriateness of showing respect through hot dogs.

Shelby requests a SawFan challenge of his own, but admits that he already has a mastery knowledge of the Saw films.

Parker unveils a “Who Said It?” game, where the results will surprise you! Probably.

And then they compare almost everything to when the French surrendered quickly to the Nazis. It’s a lot like that time when the French surrendered quickly to the Nazis.

Parker's rage meter is off the charts this week as he questions the need for people to bring babies to horror films. Meanwhile, Frisbie completely ignores Record Store Day...to instead watch Empire Records. And later, a Salt-n-Peppa inspired thought-experiment occurs as the guys imagine a life without knowing a thing about sex.

The lightning round gets weird with black boxes for cars, the most expensive cigarettes ever, and the only college class you'll ever need.
